About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Relationship Banker. As a key member of our financial center team, you will be responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to ensure the best possible experience for clients and the bank.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and ensure that clients receive exceptional service.
  • Manage cash responsibilities and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborative and effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and improving clients' financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or business-related associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
