The Active Directory Administrator at Regions Bank plays a crucial role in the configuration, management, and supervision of a complex multi-forest, multi-domain Active Directory ecosystem. As a key technical resource, the administrator will leverage their expertise to execute tasks autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Active Directory services, including object management
  • Oversee Domain Controllers across various domains and locations
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, and more
  • Implement and troubleshoot Group Policy settings
  • Manage DNS, DFS, and DHCP services
  • Configure Single Sign-On and Federated Identity Management solutions
  • Administer Active Directory Certificate Services
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of processes
  • Enforce security protocols and policies within a structured change management framework
  • Utilize PowerShell for automation of routine tasks
  • Identify and rectify problematic areas within the system
  • Participate in on-call support and ticket resolution
  • Provide mentorship to junior administrators

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with applicable experience
  • Preferred certifications include Security+, MCSE, or MCSA
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and Okta platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Compensation Range:

$107,722.80 USD - $136,780.00 USD
