About the Position
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Virginia invites applications for a full-time Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology certified Pathologist with a specialty interest in renal pathology. This is an open-rank, tenure-optional position.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in native and transplant kidney sign-out
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
- Engage in scholarly activity
- Develop and maintain expertise in renal pathology
Requirements
- Subspecialty fellowship training or expertise in renal pathology
- Board-certified or eligible for certification in Anatomic Pathology
- Eligible for an unrestricted licensure in the State of Virginia
