We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Transportation Specialist to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will provide safe and efficient transportation services for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings in a safe and timely manner.
  • Assist residents with activities and events as needed, promoting a sense of community and socialization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Concierge team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
