Job Summary:

The Roofing Specialist is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all rooftops on property. This role requires a high school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent, as well as at least 2 years of experience in the roofing trade. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and be able to maintain clean roof top areas, schedule work with vendors, and use basic hand and power tools. Additionally, the Roofing Specialist must be able to work around electrical and water and gas feed lines, maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance, and use all safety equipment as required.

Responsibilities:

Maintain clean roof top areas
Schedule work with vendors
Use basic hand and power tools
Work around electrical and water and gas feed lines
Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance
Use all safety equipment as required
Report unsafe conditions and exposure to shift supervisor immediately
Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in the roofing trade
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
