DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
Dignity At Home Care Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule, with a focus on full-time roles starting at 8:00 AM, and live-in opportunities available. Transportation may be provided for clients.
- Foster meaningful connections with a designated group of seniors and their families while assisting with daily living activities
- Address individual care requirements and understand their unique preferences and personalities
- Alert management to any changes in condition and suggest modifications in care and services Requirements:
- A strong commitment to serving seniors and exceptional customer service abilities are essential
- A positive demeanor, adaptability to perform various tasks in service to residents, and the capability to collaborate within a team are vital for success
- State certification is mandatory
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for documentation and interaction
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Exhibits sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to meet customer needs during peak service times
