The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fleet vehicles and a comprehensive understanding of commercial requirements. A proven history of success in fleet leasing and commercial sales is essential. As a key lending resource, the candidate must be adept at evaluating client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Work Schedule:

This role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a flexible arrangement that includes both office work and field visits to engage with businesses and participate in events aimed at fostering and expanding client relationships.

Lease Oversight:

  • Manage the leasing process, which includes negotiating contracts and selecting vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance of lease agreements with company policies and legal standards.
  • Oversee lease terms, renewals, and end-of-lease procedures.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee prompt delivery and upkeep of leased vehicles.

Client Engagement:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly addressing and resolving client issues.
  • Assist clients with maintenance and repair inquiries, coordinating with service departments as needed.
  • Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, fuel efficiency, and cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in fleet management, automotive leasing, or account management.
  • Thorough understanding of fleet leasing practices, finance, and the automotive sector.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to analyze data and derive insights for informed decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Willingness to engage in cold calling and outside sales activities.
