POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Licensed Respiratory Care Specialist is responsible for delivering respiratory therapy services to patients throughout the healthcare facility, adhering to established protocols and physician directives.
This role involves engaging with patients across all age groups, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:
Candidates must possess an education that includes the successful completion of an accredited Associate Degree Program in Respiratory Therapy or an equivalent program recognized by the relevant state authority.
Licensure and Certification:
Must hold a valid license as a Respiratory Therapist in New York State. Certification in Basic Life Support is required, with Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification being advantageous.
Employment Type:
Part-Time, with a schedule that includes Day/Evening shifts on weekdays and alternate weekends.
Work Schedule:
Shifts include one from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM and another from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Compensation:
Hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
