Job Title: Group Fitness Instructor

At VASA Fitness, we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy fitness classes that motivate and uplift our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities.
  • Ensure a safe and effective learning environment by demonstrating exercises and movements accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to member needs and concerns.
  • Promote classes to retain and invite new participants.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive studio environment that embodies our UPLIFT core values.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of group fitness principles and exercise techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
