Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Pinnacle HealthCare Environmental Services. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum all floors daily to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work area.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Complete any reports or logs as required by management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor promptly to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.
Requirements
  • Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, patients, and visitors.
  • Able to follow spoken and written instructions to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Able to work without direct supervision to demonstrate independence and self-motivation.
  • Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed to perform job duties safely and efficiently.
  • Ascending/descending stairs and ladders regularly required to access high-level areas and maintain facilities.
  • Reliable, highly organized, attentive to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional to provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
  • Able to multi-task work, perform well under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Required to move heavy equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. frequently to maintain efficient workflow and minimize delays.
  • Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles if necessary.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
