Clewiston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. Our center provides a supportive environment for patients to receive comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Job Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient progress and independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices and modalities.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation assistants and students as needed.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Florida professional license.
  • Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
