We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Optum. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
  • Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
  • Receive and process wholesaler medication orders.
  • Verify medication stock and enter data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Work with the Pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy functions and complies with all federal and state requirements.
  • Perform various clerical duties relating to the department.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients through verbal and written communication skills.
