We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead our Americas Quality organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of a global quality strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive quality culture within the Waters business.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong quality management system.
- Promote a risk-based/process approach across the organization.
- A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or scientific discipline is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Leadership roles is required.
- Proven knowledge and experience of design and execution of quality systems compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820.
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market research.
