Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our sales floor is stocked with the right products at the right time. This includes receiving and processing incoming shipments, performing inventory duties, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with receiving and processing incoming shipments, including customer curbside pick-up orders and ship from store orders.
  • Perform inventory duties, including counting and reconciling inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is stocked with the right products at the right time, and that displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with the Sales Associates, Visual Merchandiser, and management team to maintain the sales area, including merchandise and the physical space.
  • Assist with seasonal floor changes, including setting up and taking down displays.
  • Inform the Operations Team and Visual Merchandiser of any issues with merchandise, including overages or shortages.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates.
  • Good reading and written language skills, strong communication skills, basic arithmetic, interpersonal skills, telephone presence, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shift quickly as our business evolves, and focus on continuous learning.
  • Engage in, maintain, and support store safety standards and training.
  • Ability to move merchandise up to and over 70 lbs.
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred.
  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night.
