Esthetician Job Description

At Bronco Billy's Casino, we're seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and hair removal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough skin analyses to determine the best course of treatment for each client.
  • Provide personalized facials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Perform hair removal procedures, including waxing, threading, and laser treatment.
  • Offer makeup application and advice on skincare routines to enhance our clients' natural beauty.
  • Recommend and sell skincare products to clients, ensuring they receive the best products for their skin type and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
  • Valid esthetician license as required by the state.
  • Experience working as an Esthetician, with a strong understanding of skincare principles and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.
  • Ability to analyze skin conditions and recommend effective treatments.
  • Sales experience is a plus, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00+, plus gratuities, service commission, and sales commission.
