Foster Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children and families to develop and implement personalized support plans
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, guidance, and support
- Connect families with community resources to enhance their lives
- Advocate for children and families to promote their best interests
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human services field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable.
Our ideal candidate is compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping families build strong, healthy relationships.
What We Offer- Flexible scheduling and remote work options
