Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of talented engineers and researchers as a Senior Data Scientist for Large Language Model Development.

You will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge large language models that can handle complex tasks such as natural language processing and text generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and software engineering
  • Strong background in NLP, CV-related algorithms, and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with RL algorithms and large-scale model training
  • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
