The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans. As a travel nurse with Solutions by Sanford, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- At least one year of experience as a registered nurse
- At least six months of travel experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
