Nurse First is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during the procedure and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an MRI Technologist
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in an MRI department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
