Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, build meaningful relationships with residents, and contribute to a supportive environment that promotes patient satisfaction and well-being.

About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, focusing on meeting the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient care and develop personalized care plans that prioritize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and support systems by providing empathetic and compassionate care that addresses their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development through continuing education, training, and mentorship within Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing.

- $30,000 Sign-on Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a $30,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.

Requirements:
- Licensure and Education: Current LPN licensure in South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure is required. Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Work Schedule: Day/Night Shifts: 7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm-7:30am; 48 hours every 2 weeks, with every third weekend and holiday off.
Estimated Salary Range: $22.75-$31.50 per hour, based on experience.
