The Rural Carrier Associate is an essential role within the US Postal Service that requires strong communication and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Casework: Delivering mail to customers along a prescribed rural route using a vehicle.
- Customer Service: Providing customers on the route with a variety of services, including collecting monies and receiving accountable mail.
