We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at Career Crunch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts and occasional weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, including assessing their condition, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.">
  • Call Schedule: Participate in a call schedule that includes paid time off for calls and minimum of 8 shifts per month with 1-2 weekend shifts included.">
  • Volume/Caseload: Manage a high-volume caseload of 30+ scheduled cases per week, ensuring timely completion of procedures while maintaining quality and safety standards.">
  • Types of Procedures: Perform a range of procedures, including TCAR, AAA, Peripheral vascular, Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Right and Left Heart Cath, STEMI, and Stroke.">
