AIML Software Engineer for Siri and Information Intelligence

Contribute to the next revolution in human-computer interaction by collaborating with software engineers and machine learning engineers/scientists in various technical areas related to Siri's capabilities, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and dialogue management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to innovate, create groundbreaking technology, build prototypes of user-facing features, and work with a cross-functional team to deliver these experiences to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Siri features end-to-end, including collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  2. Work with multiple teams to gain a deep understanding of the Siri architecture.
  3. Design and develop systems that are highly reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  4. Contribute to product direction, provide feedback, and bring new ideas to the team for discussion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong development experience with C, Objective C, and/or C++.
  • Excellent algorithm and data structure skills, including time and space complexity analysis, optimization, and object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to quickly learn and modify large code bases.
  • Passion for building demo prototypes and turning them into production-quality designs and implementations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
