Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Incident Response: Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Patrols: Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
  • Access Control: Operate the Access Control system to verify guest registration, reason for visit, check, and log identification.
  • Lobby Experience: Serve as the first point of contact when an employee, tenant, or guest enters the lobby, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Requirements
  • Age: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Criminal Background Check: As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drug Screen: As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
