Job Title: Lead Teacher

At The Learning Experience, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our children, while also guiding and mentoring our staff to ensure excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our children
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are meeting the needs of our children
  • Monitor and assess the progress of our children and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents and families to ensure open communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Extended experience in a childcare setting with a history of classroom leadership roles
  • Deep-rooted passion for early childhood education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
