We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the Center for Human Development (CHD). As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral analytic services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health difficulties, and previous substance use backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for our DMHAS programs.
- Develop and implement Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Medication Treatment Plans, Functional Behavioral Analysis, and Interactional Style Guidelines.
- Compile and analyze data to inform clinical and behavioral decisions.
- Collaborate with management and staff to provide training and support.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- BCBA Certification and licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
- 3-5 years of experience in behavioral analysis or a related field.
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong data interpretation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs. A competitive compensation package, including a $90,000 annual salary and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, is offered to the successful candidate.
