Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the Center for Human Development (CHD). As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral analytic services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health difficulties, and previous substance use backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for our DMHAS programs.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behavioral Support Plans, Medication Treatment Plans, Functional Behavioral Analysis, and Interactional Style Guidelines.
  • Compile and analyze data to inform clinical and behavioral decisions.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to provide training and support.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • BCBA Certification and licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
  • 3-5 years of experience in behavioral analysis or a related field.
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for travel between program locations.
Success Factors:

The ideal candidate will possess strong data interpretation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs. A competitive compensation package, including a $90,000 annual salary and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, is offered to the successful candidate.
