Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Westborough, MA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensure in Massachusetts
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 sessions per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
