Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Class A CDL Hazmat Truck Driver to join our team at Ryder in Houston, TX. As a Solo Part Time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and delivering goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely manner
  • Load and unload freight as required
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Comply with safety and DOT regulations
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement
  • 1 year of verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
Benefits
  • Per Diem Pay: $26.52 per Night with 1 Night out per Week

  • Trailer Type: 48' - 53' Dry Van with Lift Gate
  • Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
  • Touch – Automotive Parts
  • Route delivery experience preferred
