Denovo Review, a Florida-based law firm, is seeking an ambitious attorney to join its Tampa office in the First-Party Property division. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth and development as a property law specialist.
Responsibilities- Manage a comprehensive caseload from initiation through post-trial proceedings.
- Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials to resolve complex property-related disputes.
- Draft pleadings, oversee discovery and responses, file motions, and create other legal documents essential to case management.
- Provide regular updates to insurance carriers and clients regarding the status and progress of cases.
- Engage in client development through strategic relationship-building initiatives.
- Travel to various courthouses and locations as needed to ensure effective case representation.
- Fulfill monthly billing requirements of 175 hours to meet performance expectations.
- Must hold a valid membership in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
- Possess outstanding academic credentials, including strong grades and academic achievements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Show technological aptitude, especially in utilizing process management systems and maximizing technology and automation for efficiency.
- Familiarity with Time Matters, Juris, and Acuity is highly desirable but not required.
