Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults and a strong understanding of CBT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of older patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to older patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and caregivers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
