Speech Language Therapist for a School District in Charlotte

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with various communication disorders and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for students with unique needs, aligning with their individual goals and objectives.
- Provide effective therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings, adapting to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the education team to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring seamless support for students.
- A Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
- An active Michigan SLP license, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
- Proven experience working with children in a school setting, showcasing expertise in creating engaging and effective learning environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents.
