Facility Cleaning Supervisor
As a Facility Cleaning Supervisor at ServiceMaster Cleaning Pros, you will be responsible for managing cleaning operations, leading the team, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. This position involves both hands-on cleaning duties and supervisory tasks. Candidates should possess a solid background in cleaning practices and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Train cleaning staff on company protocols and standards
  • Conduct inspections of facilities across various locations
  • Perform cleaning duties as required
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback

  • Prior experience in janitorial services is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus
