Your expertise will be essential in assessing patients' respiratory needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and bronchial hygiene
  • Monitor patients' response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification from the NBRC
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification within one year of hire
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Certification Program) within one year of hire
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification within one year of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification from the NBRC
