We are seeking a Server Associate to join our team at Brookdale Englewood AL/MC (OH). As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests. This includes taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner, interacting with senior residents and guests, and ensuring everyone is happy with their meal.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with senior residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Take and deliver food orders in a timely manner, following company standards
  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with bussing and resetting tables, removing dirty dishes, and restocking inventory as needed
  • Perform side work duties as assigned
