3. **Job Details Review**: Once we've determined that you're a good fit, we'll review the job details with you and answer any questions you may have.

4. **Online Application**: We'll guide you through our online application process, which includes completing part 1 and part 2 of the application.

5. **Approval**: Our applicant processor will review your application and contact you regarding your approval.

6. **Driver Orientation**: Once you're approved, you'll be scheduled for driver orientation, where you'll meet with our team and learn more about our company culture and expectations.

7. **Training**: After orientation, you'll be paired with a driver trainer for 4 weeks, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our trucks and routes.

8. **Solo Driver**: After your training, you'll become a solo driver and be eligible for our full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, and more.

**Job Details**:

* **Pay**: $650 per week for the first 30 days, increasing to $800 per week during training, and up to $1,400 per week after training.

* **Benefits**: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company-paid life insurance, disability insurance, and paid vacation.

* **Trucks**: Newer, well-maintained Freightliners.

* **Training**: CDL Academy tuition reimbursement available for those who paid out of pocket to go to school.

**Requirements**:

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Be able to pass all background checks, including no serious charges with none pending.

* Be able to pass all DOT-related tests, including hair or urine.

* Have a great DMV report with no pending tickets.

* Possess a current Class A License and DOT physical.

* Be able to start within the next few weeks.
