Think Together is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Leader to join our team. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for students, providing homework assistance and academic enrichment, and promoting positive interactions between volunteers and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to foster a sense of belonging among students.
  • Provide individualized support to students, including homework assistance and academic enrichment.
  • Ensure student safety and well-being by maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
  • Collaborate with Site Coordinators, teachers, and school administrators to identify student needs and develop strategies to support student success.
  • Participate in staff development activities to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with young children and ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public school setting.
  • Pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting) and provide a clear TB test.
