Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to the directives of the BCBA/program supervisor
  • Deliver behavioral assistance and interventions to designated clients
  • Provide behavioral support services
  • Conduct crisis intervention as needed
  • Implement behavior modification plans
  • Document sessions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Completion of at least 12 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework and currently enrolled in a program leading to an associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, human development, or related fields; or completion of a minimum of 48 semester hours (or equivalent) of college coursework
  • Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (as applicable per state and/or client requirements)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively share information with supervisors, colleagues, and clients; proficiency in English may be required
  • Computer proficiency is necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
