About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Wm Bolthouse Farms, Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on plant equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the maintenance team and support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed, including general building and grounds maintenance.
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment as assigned.
  • Complete plant work orders and preventive maintenance, accurately and on time.
  • Perform emergency equipment repairs, alone and with mechanics.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and complete appropriate documentation.
  • Understand and follow established safety guidelines, programs, and procedures; and actively work to prevent safety incidents.
  • Support food safety, legality, and quality programs.
  • Maintain product quality through adherence to good manufacturing practices, Food Safety Preventative Controls, product specifications and quality procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives and Evolution Fresh Mission & Values.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
  • High School/GED or one to two years' experience in related field or combination of both education and experience.
  • General industrial mechanical maintenance and electrical systems or (2 years).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in elevated areas with ladders, roofs, overhead lights.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in accordance with safety, quality and sanitation standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Available to work variable shifts to support the business.
