Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Byrne Electrical Specialists. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and production.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks, documenting all results and discrepancies.
• Operate various equipment and machinery, including power tools and measuring devices, to assemble and inspect parts.
• Identify and properly tag rejected parts, and assist in the training of new employees.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve quality, performance, and productivity goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment and machinery as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
