We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients by providing functional rehabilitation in their natural home and community environment.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for performing evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will also be responsible for regularly reassessing the effectiveness of treatment plans, attending staffing meetings and family conferences, and communicating patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
