Rasmussen University is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Admissions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the enrollment process and providing exceptional service to prospective students.

• Engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, to assess their needs and showcase the benefits of a Rasmussen University education.
• Conduct thorough conversations with prospective students to facilitate the enrollment process and ensure a smooth transition to our university.
• Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of our university's programs, student services, and area colleges to provide informed guidance to prospective students.
• Build relationships with local high schools, businesses, and community organizations to promote our university's programs and services.
• Collaborate with the student services team to ensure a professional, service-focused, and productive experience for all students.

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or consultative selling experience, with a consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for helping others succeed.
