Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects from start to finish. The role will involve overseeing MEP's on commercial construction projects, developing and implementing project management plans, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

As a Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing MEP's on commercial construction projects and working closely with our team to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
* Oversee MEP's on commercial construction projects
* Develop and implement project management plans
* Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
* Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements
* BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects from start to finish
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
* Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
* Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations
* Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
