Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties.
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year related work experience.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
