  • Register Operations:
    • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing returns.
    • Adhere to Ace Hardware's cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Front End Appearance and Upkeep:
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout areas and entrance doors.
    • Assist with stocking and facing merchandise, rotating fresh products as seasons change.
    • Ensure that all forms and supplies are stocked at the cash registers.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
    • Cashier experience preferred, with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
