Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan that includes a clear vision, a roadmap for success, and a focus on key priorities.
  • Assemble and lead a team of advisors, employees, and contractors capable of swiftly assessing product-market fit, creating viable marketable products, and scaling operations nationally to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, including identifying potential investors, crafting compelling presentations, negotiating investment terms, and maintaining ongoing relationships for continued support.
  • Guide product development by leveraging insights from customer interactions to refine and enhance our offerings, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and upholding brand integrity.
  • Oversee all strategic and operational dimensions of the business, including financial management, resource allocation, business development, and infrastructure.

  • Proven experience in scaling early-stage startups and SaaS platforms.

  • Ability to quickly understand a wide range of technical concepts to identify valuable commercial and impact opportunities in the market.
  • Experience in creating financial models, pitch decks, and other materials to support fundraising and partnership initiatives.
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to rally stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Genuine commitment to developing sustainable climate solutions accessible to all.

Compensation

The compensation package will be commensurate with experience and capabilities, with an expected range starting at approximately $125,000 annually, along with potential increases based on performance, health insurance, and equity in the company.
