PICU Nurse

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled PICU Nurse to join our team. As a PICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children in the PICU, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum one year of experience in a PICU setting.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
