About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and leadership, with experience in supervising teams, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Surgical Pathology and Medical Services team, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and objectives for the department, aligning with enterprise standards and goals.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to improve laboratory services and patient outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee capital expenditures to ensure effective use of funds.
  • Select, train, and orient laboratory supervisory or administrative personnel, developing standards of performance and monitoring staff evaluation.
