Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Life Changing Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments and assign proper diagnosis.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans with clients.
  • Provide Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) to clients who have been assessed and admitted to services.
  • Complete clinical reviews as requested or required by CMO(s).
  • Assist physician during medication management appointments when necessary.
  • Be available on-call for clients when needed.
Administrative Duties
  • Complete documentation for assessments and assessment scales within 48 hours of the session.
  • Prepare and write accurate progress notes, progress summaries, and other documents related to services provided to the client.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and be currently licensed as a LPC or LCSW.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule with minimal direct supervision.
  • Must possess NPI number and CAQH number.
  • Must register with LAMedicaid.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate orally and verbally.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines for data entry.
  • Abide by agency's policies and procedures (confidentiality, incident reporting, FWA, code of ethics, non-discrimination).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to diagnose individuals according to DSM standards.
  • Must be able to develop and execute a treatment plan.
  • Must be able to supervise and instruct non-licensed clinicians appropriately.
  • Ability to obtain CPR certification within 45 days if position is offered.
Working Conditions

The Licensed Mental Health Professional will typically work in an office or remote environment, but some services may be provided in a community-based environment. Travel to homes may be required. Telehealth is an approved method of providing services.
