Position Summary
We are currently seeking a System Engineer III to provide critical support for our clients in the cybersecurity domain. This role is pivotal in enhancing our clients' operational capabilities through effective systems engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive systems engineering and cybersecurity support for assessments related to weapons and space.
  • Translate adversarial perspectives and threat intelligence into actionable strategies for Computer Network Operations (CNO) and Computer Network Defense (CND).
  • Analyze vulnerability reports and propose conceptual mitigations and subsequent actions.
  • Facilitate Risk Management processes to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure that evaluation and mitigation strategies are robust and technically sound, clearly articulating mission impacts and associated threats.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of user requirements and high-level system architectures to derive system specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership in integrating requirements, design, and technology.
  • Engage with government representatives on systems engineering considerations and resolve associated challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with program personnel, government officials, and senior management.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field may account for 4 years).
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and collaborating with diverse organizations to achieve systems engineering objectives.
  • Proficient in Cybersecurity and Systems Engineering, with a focus on vulnerability analysis.
  • Experience in prioritizing vulnerabilities and understanding their impact on mission operations.
  • Skilled in analyzing needs and contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of computer networks and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the DoD Information Network (DODIN) and the certification and accreditation processes for DoD IT systems, including Risk Management Framework (RMF).
