Position: Cabin Crew Trainee
Type of Employment: Full-Time
Location: United States
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor safety conditions and emergency equipment during ground operations and in-flight.
- Engage with passengers throughout their travel experience.
- Adhere to all aviation regulations while demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Thrive in a dynamic and occasionally high-pressure environment.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel to Canada and Mexico is essential.
- Willingness to relocate to various hub cities.
- Height must not exceed 6'3" with shoes.
- At least two years of customer service experience is required.
- Demonstrate friendliness, knowledge, and politeness in all interactions.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exhibit teamwork and diplomacy skills.
- Capability to lift 25 pounds consistently and maneuver 42 pounds.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Regular attendance is expected.
- Must be available for four weeks of paid training.
- Possession of a passport is required during training.
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly valued.
